Honda CB550F Project

This is a project we started for my buddies wife, we got pretty far along but now she is not interested in finishing it.

All of the hard stuff is done and tons of labor and money spent.  Bike is ready for assembly.  This was a complete nut and bolt restoration on top of the cafe racer custom stuff.  Bike come with a box of stock parts and most everything to put back on.

What is done:

• frame fabrication, de tabbed, hooped, battery relocation, seat area dropped and powder coated a light blue.
• swingarm powder coated light blue
• triples and other misc parts powder coated gloss black
• Stock parts re-chromed, plus chromed the motor mounts, carb intakes and more
• all hardware was re-zinc plated
• Motor was completely disassembled, cases split, all parts cleaned, sanded and painted a high temp semi black
• headers are ceramic coated black
• All bodywork is done, custom made seat, all in primer, ready to paint color.
• Wheels are powder coated and laced with stainless spokes, new bearings
• Valve job with new valves
• big bored with pistons
