Was a China scooter that I removed all the plastics, welded a neck brace and expanded metal on the floor, installed a small LED off-road light, FMF muffler, dirt bike front fender, dual purpose tires, lithium battery, starts like a car with custom ignition, runs perfect, no problems, clean title in hand and registration is Non Oped, no back fees or penalties!!
