Was a China scooter that I removed all the plastics, welded a neck brace and expanded metal on the floor, installed a small LED off-road light, FMF muffler, dirt bike front fender, dual purpose tires, lithium battery, starts like a car with custom ignition, new fuel tank, was running perfect, no problems but now has sat for years, needs carb clean and possibly battery.
Clean title in hand and registration is Non Oped, no back fees or penalties!!
